Every day cannot be ours. We understand your circumstances of cancellation of the event. In such an unlikely turn-over, please refer to our refund policies.

CANCELLATION

Procedures

Please note that only such official requests would be considered.

Notice Period

Cancellations may need some time from our side to recalibrate our events. Also, the efforts we spent in preparing the event should be considered. We understand you and expect you to kindly do the same.

  • Prior to 120 days of the event - full refund.
  • 61-120 days before the date of the event - 50% refund.
  • 15-60 days before the date of the event - 25% refund.

NOTE:

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.
  • Refunds shall only be disbursed after deducting the cancellation charges levied by the vendors/merchants plus GST.

Process

Upon receiving the cancellation request, the company shall assess the request and process any eligible refunds, according to the terms of the specific contract between the company and according to the general terms and conditions provided herein.

Eligibility

The eligibility for a refund differs and is determined on a case-by-case basis (in accordance with the terms of the specific contract between the company) and based on the general terms and conditions provided herein.

Processing time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Fees

Venue bookings, vendor payments, and applicable TDS/GST charges may be non-refundable, depending on the individual cases.

Mode of refund

A refund would be credited to your account or via cash, whichever is more convenient.

RESCHEDULING EVENTS

The rescheduling of the events in unforeseen circumstances would be welcomed by our company. Please note that rescheduling of events depends entirely on the circumstances that prevail at the time and cannot be claimed as a right.

FORCE MAJEURE

The company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any promised services, which constitutes a cancellation of event(s) due to any of the following causes (which causes are hereinafter referred to as “force majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalised lack of availability of raw materials or energy. However, the company would stand by you in hard times and shall strive to assist the customer in identifying an appropriate solution in the best way we can.

VENDOR CONTRACTS

Cancellations made from the end of the vendors/merchants engaged as third parties for the event shall be handled in accordance with their respective contracts and policies.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The company reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated to the customers in a timely and transparent manner.
