Payment
Booking Charge: An initial payment of the specified amount is required to secure our wedding planning services on the dates of the events. This payment must be made at the time of booking via credit card or bank transfer.
Methods: We accept bank transfers and major credit cards as a mode of payment. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your financial information. If you have any discrepancies, please contact us.
Processing Fees: Please note that a processing fee of a certain amount (based on banks or transaction platforms) will be applied to all online transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation: Please refer to the refund policy for both cancellation and refund. In short, cancellations made before 6 months will be eligible for a full refund. Anything less than six months will have a cut in the refund.
Data Protection
Your data is safe with us. Our policy allows the use of personal information only for that specific event. Nothing goes beyond our hands, and we assure you that your data is secure.
Liabilities
Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, as suggested, are beyond our control. Such happenings do not make us liable for the event, and any loss would not be on the company. We are sorry but helpless in such situations.
Law
These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
